To all of my New York cousins.....
I am attempting to compile a complete list of the descendants of Corrin, Ira and Douglass Charles Ladd.
They were early settlers of the area around Oneida Lake in Onondaga and Oswego Counties.
 If this project is successful, my intent is to publish this information and make it available to any descendant upon request.

  For your assistance in completing this task, I will send you a detailed report of your Ladd family line back to Daniel Ladd (1613-1693) the immigrant. Daniel and his brother Joseph are reputed as being the first Ladds to come to America.

Daniel took the oath of Supremacy and Allegiance on 24 March 1633/34, aboard the Mary & John of London under Captain Robert Sayres, while the ship lay in wait on the River Thames for departure to America.  March 24, 1633 was the last day of the year at that time on the calendar.   Arriving Boston May or early June 1634.
