Notes from Warren Ladd: of Chesterfield, NH. He purchased land in Chesterfield, July 30, 1765. About 1777 he appears to have settled on what has long been known as the Ladd farm, and which was, or at least part of it. He was a member of the board of selectmen in 1771-1772
Timothy married Rachel SPENCER on 7 May 1761. (Rachel SPENCER was born in 1742 in Coventry, Tolland Co, CT and died on 25 Oct 1818.)
