Peter Zetty's family originally from Germany or Switzerland,Peater Zette is the German name..Father came from Heidelberg,Germany to Lancaster County ,Pennsylvania.Peter married Barbara Ann Reiff (Rife).They lived in Rapho Township,Pennsylvania and then moved to Washington County,Maryland and then to Rockingham County,Virgina.He wrote his will in 1799 and his son Peter,II was executor.Peter's sister stayed in Pennsylvania.There is a Zetty graveyard in Rockingham County,Virginia and it is on State Road 798 on Tenth Legion.There are various spellings of the last name/Zete/Zetty/City/Cety/Citty/Setty

Peter married Barbara Ann REIFF, daughter of Abraham REIFF and Barbara MOYER. (Barbara Ann REIFF was born in 1741 in Lancaster Co, PA and died in 1819 in Rockingham Co, VA.)
